Click the '+' button in the bottom navigation or the 'Add Goal' button on the Today screen. Fill in your goal details and select which days you want it active.

Can I edit my goals after creating them?

Yes! Click the edit icon (pencil) next to any goal to modify its text, days, or other settings.

How does the monthly reset work?

At the start of each new month, all goal completions automatically reset to give you a fresh start while keeping your goal definitions intact.

What happens if I lose internet connection?

Positive Pulse will detect when you're offline and show a notification. Your data is safely stored in the cloud and will sync when you reconnect.

How do I change my password?

Use the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login screen to reset your password via email.

Can I delete all my goals at once?

Yes, go to Settings and use the 'Remove All Goals' option. This action cannot be undone, so use it carefully.

How do I track goals for specific days?

When adding or editing a goal, select 'Specific Days' and choose which days of the month you want the goal active.

What is the Monthly Schedule view?

The Monthly Schedule shows all your goals organized by day for the entire month, giving you a complete overview of your goal plan.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to the 'My Profile' section and update your display name or other preferences. Changes are saved automatically.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All your data is securely stored in Firebase with industry-standard encryption and security measures.
